They’ve arrived. We have just taken delivery of the largest delivery of stock bags in the history of The Bag Broker. Our most popular ranges have received a boost, as have some of our unique lines that needed topping up. Although we work hard to ensure that we maintain sufficient stock of our products, we don’t always get it right and appreciate how frustrating it can be for you to not have access to the flexible packaging you need next day. However, we are working behind the scenes to improve our supply chain to limit non-available items. These systems are now in the final stages of testing and will be operational soon. However, we also welcome your feedback on these matters. We currently operate two warehouses – one in the UK and one in continental Europe. If you ever experience stock issues, please let us know, as it is possible we will have items in our other warehouses, which we can move across to meet your needs. Worst-case scenario, we would be happy to fly stock in straight from the factory if needed. In short, we don’t want you to be without your favourite bags if we can in any way help it. Our team in the UK are ready to help and will do everything they can to make your purchasing experience with the Bag Broker as pain-free and simple as they can. All you need to do is ask.
We have also introduced a new product line, the 2.5kg natural kraft Side Gusset bag without a valve.
For our Greek customers, we will be attending the 2017 Food Expo Greece, in Hall 1, Stand No 23. It’s our first exhibition in Greece and we very much hope to meet some of our local customers. Holger, our founder, will be attending and available to speak with at the stand. If you can make any of the days from 18th March through 20th March, we would love to meet and say hello.
Keep an eye out for our future blog and email campaigns where we will announce further new lines and offers.
