Each sealer's product page lists which of our bags it's compatible with — check there before ordering. If you're using bags from elsewhere or an unusual material, contact us and we'll advise.

Yes. The zip is for your customer to reseal the bag after opening — the factory-fresh seal above the zip (and the tear notch that opens it) is made with a heat sealer when you fill the bag.

Yes — spare parts kits, thermostats and extension poles for our sealers, plus carbon ribbons for date stampers, all held in our UK warehouse with next-working-day dispatch.

In-stock sealers, spares and accessories are dispatched next working day from our UK warehouse — so a replacement part or an upgrade is never more than a couple of days away.
