The most awarded coffee roasters in Australia, we have earned numerous accolades, including Champion Australian Roaster at the Australian International Coffee Awards (AICA) in 2018 and 2019. In 2020, we took home a record 20 medals across all brewing categories at AICA. After a break in competition in 2021, 2022 brought further gold medal success. Our record haul totals 85 gold, silver, and bronze medals in recent years, with Gold in all categories including Milk Blends, Filter, Espresso Blends, Single Origin, and Cold Brew.

In 2024, we celebrate 30 years of roasting and retailing specialty coffee and more than 25 years of teaching baristas and coffee lovers worldwide how to brew flavor-filled coffee.

Success through sustainability is key to our mission. Our roastery is completely powered by solar panels, we recycle chaff, participate in the Simply Cups program, offset carbon emissions for deliveries where possible, and use zero plastic packaging and plant-based takeaway cups.
